Irfanali Moledina (“Irf”) is the Managing Partner of RMI LLP and an entrepreneurial accountant with over 20 years of experience advising organizations across a wide range of industries and stages of growth.
Throughout his career, Irf has worked with virtually every type of client – from early-stage operators to established organizations – giving him a strong understanding of how different businesses require different levels of financial support, governance, and strategic engagement.
His experience includes navigating grant funding, compliance requirements, and advisory needs that evolve as organizations grow and mature.
Rather than focusing solely on compliance and tax, Irf’s practice is rooted in practical advisory work that helps owners and operators make informed decisions, manage risk, and build sustainable operations.
Irfanali is a Board Member of the Better Business Bureau and actively contributes to the business community through governance and advisory roles, including previously serving as Chair of Enactus Calgary’s Business Advisory Council, a member of the Bow Valley Accounting Advisory Council, and Finance Chair for the Ismaili National Settlement Portfolio.
