Meet Our People

Irfanali Moledina (or Irf) has a passion for entrepreneurship and for helping entrepreneurs succeed. In his 15 year journey through business and accounting, he found that many accounting firms were acting as tax preparers rather than consultants and advisors, and after completing his Chartered Accounting designation, Irf acquired a partnership at RMI Professional Corporation, where he focuses on providing professional service with a personal touch to small and medium-sized companies across Canada.

Irf is also the co-founder and CEO of Natural Distributions Ltd. o/a Purple Frog Products, developing fourteen products that sell in seven countries worldwide and counting.
Irfanali gives back to the community by serving as a Chairman of the Board for Enactus Calgary’s Business Advisory Council.
He is also a member of the Bow Valley Accounting Advisory Council and the Finance Chair for the Ismaili National Settlement Portfolio.

Karan Sharma has always loved numbers. While growing up in India, Karan used to help with record-keeping for his father’s manufacturing business. He finished his B.Comm. in Punjab and subsequently moved to England for his MBA. After working in loss prevention for five years, he then made the move to Canada in 2010. To gain experience with Canadian accounting and taxes, he joined RMI Professional Corporation on a volunteer basis. Shortly after, accounting and helping small businesses to grow became his passion. He then completed his CGA Designation in 2015. Karan’s role within RMI is to consult business owners with their tax and financial needs.

Karan gives back to the community by serving as the financial consultant at his local temple in Calgary. He takes interest in the Calgary Flames games, camping, and hiking.

Naurin grew up in various countries like New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. Being raised in a traditional household, with adventurous parents who liked movement, at a young age Naurin knew that she wanted to embrace a universal profession and follow her father’s footsteps to become an Accountant.
As such, when Naurin moved to the U.S.A. she knew she wanted to pursue her designation to become a U.S.A. C.P.A.
Naurin believes that numbers, financials, and tax returns speak the truth about a company. However, to achieve the best results an individual must be able to connect with others, be honest, open, and liberated.
Naurin is also the founder of Moledina Consulting, a company that uses the Everything DISC model to achieve a deeper understanding of people, their needs, and their personalities. She is a Certified Practitioner and an Authorized Partner with Everything DISC: A Wiley Brand and is a Facilitator of the DISC model.
Through her strong belief in providing all her clients with her undivided attention, perfection, diligence, and persistent work efforts Naurin has achieved clients in various industries such as technology, real-estate, and professionals.
In her personal life among various identities, Naurin is a daughter, sister, wife, daughter-in-law, and mother.
